Public Dodgeball Training

Led by Australian player Ky Meaden and our team of coaches, players of all skill levels will receive coaching in a range of fundamental to advanced dodgeball skills and tactics in an engaging and enjoyable environment. Every session is guaranteed to end with a scratch match so that you can put what you have learned into practice.

UNLEASH ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Strength & Conditioning

Teaming up with the Australian Athletic Centre, Adelaide Dodgeball aims to enhance our community's Strength and Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and overall fitness. Join our Public Group Trainings on Saturday mornings, undergo performance testing every 12 weeks, and enjoy convenient access to the facility, similar to a regular gym membership.
